In addition to all of the other features on the farm, there’s an old 8′ X 32′ construction trailer that can be turned into a second home, business office or modified for another use.
You might hire a farmer and provide housing, or bring a second family member onto the property with you.
The trailer will need a complete makeover, but can be connected to electricity, gas, public water, high-speed internet, satellite TV and the second septic tank.
If you want to go off-grid and connect the trailer to the propane tank on property, I will include a new tankless water heater ($400 value). It was purchased for the house, but after a few uses, we decided an electric water heater would work better.
